OBJECTION The Parish Council objects to this application because of the concerns raised by the inspector who imposed the conditions for the following reasons:

Because of concerns about access from Perrinpit Road and
Because of concerns about the close proximity of the site to no 18 Perrinpit Road.

If an application came in in such a way that similar restrictions could be imposed then the Parish Council would consider raising No Objection.
