The Annual Parish Meeting

for Frampton Cotterell Parishioners

will take place at 7.15pm on Wednesday 21st May 2008

at The Brockeridge Centre, Woodend Road.

All interested persons are invited to attend.
Those who are registered as electors in the Parish may raise items for discussion,
participate in the debate and vote.

Light refreshments will be served from 7:15pm

The Annual Parish Meeting may by law discuss all parish affairs and pass resolutions about them.  The following matters have so far been placed on the agenda.

The first 45 minutes will be for parishioners to read the reports listed.  At 8:00pm the agenda will start and will give an opportunity to question Cllrs and others on their reports.
